Employees
will be evaluated for permanent hire at the end of the designated probationary
period and/or based upon the employee satisfactorily meeting the requires of:

Administrative
directives
oA board-approved evaluation instrument to include but not limited
to observations by the Principal, Assistant Principal and/or designee of the
District, a peer evaluation process and the information placed in the personnel
file
Employees will receive a three-month
and an annual evaluation by the principal or designee that will become a part of
the personnel folder.This
evaluation will include but not limited to findings related to the employee’s
abiding by the regulations stated in the staff manual, documentation of parent
communication, incidents related to the classroom management, participation with
and promotion of student involvement in curriculum-related competition and
activities.(The success of a teacher is directly related to the success
of the students.)
